The Agreement will create a reconciliation between the Moose Cree First Nation and OPG for past and present harms and grievances, and provide the basis for a new relationship.
The Members of Moose Cree First Nation will decide on an appropriate time for the OPG to participate in a traditional spiritual ceremony, hosted by the Moose Cree First Nation. It will address past harms and impacts from the existing OPG facilities.
At this time the OPG will make a formal apology for past actions.
